Welcome to Thread Count! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Thread Count mobile app and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
   Thread Count offers a 7-day free trial. After that, you’ll be charged $99/year unless you cancel. All billing is handled via your App Store or Google Play account.
3. User Responsibilities
   You are responsible for all content and items you upload. Do not post offensive, misleading, or illegal content. You may not sell counterfeit or restricted items.
4. Community Listings
   All community listings (donations or sales) are subject to manual or automated review. Thread Count does not mediate payment or delivery.
5. Account Sharing
   You may grant view-only access to caretakers. They cannot edit or delete data. You remain responsible for any content they can see.
6. Content & IP
   All logos, visuals, and designs are the property of Thread Count. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
7. Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Thread Count is not liable for any transactions, disputes, or damages that arise outside the platform (e.g., sales or donations).
9. Modifications
   We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
